Packaging

Temperature-sensitive lines (neuromodulators, some fillers and glutathione) ship in insulated boxes with validated gel packs, sized for the transit time of your lane. Everything is discreetly packed with no product description on the outer box.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on your address, the size of the order and whether it needs cold-chain packing, so we do not add a fixed amount at checkout. After you send an order request, we message you on WhatsApp with the exact delivery charge and the final total. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

Product prices are in USD. Import duties and taxes at destination, if any, are paid by the buyer on delivery. We provide a commercial invoice with HS codes.

Customs & eligibility

You are responsible for confirming a product may be imported into your country. Where a product is not registered locally we will say so before dispatch and suggest a registered alternative. Qunza does not ship products to countries where their import is prohibited.

Returns

Sealed, unopened, correctly stored products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for damage or dispatch error. Cold-chain products cannot be returned once accepted unless damaged in transit — photograph the parcel on arrival and contact us within 24 hours.
